What do I need for an online Lesson?
All you need is a computer, a good internet connection and some questions! We can use Skype or Zoom platforms. I’ll be at my studio behind my drums, and you can be too if you like, or you can just have a pad and some sticks!
-
What if I'm in a different time zone?
After you purchase a lesson you’ll be contacted within 24 hours to arrange a convenient time. I’m in Los Angeles but we’ll work out a time that’ll work for both of us.
-
What will the lesson cover?
That’s totally up to you! There are already over 220 video lessons in the Play Better Drums library so this online lesson will be about exactly what you want to learn or talk about. Some students want to work on hand technique, some want assistance with PBD material and some want to just talk about the music business. It’s important that you get the most out of the time so have some questions ready!
-
How do I pay for an online lesson?
Just choose the lesson or package that you want and you’ll be taken to a pay page where all payments are securely processed by PayPal.

Intensive Lesson Options
What's Included?
Come to my studio in LA and spend one or two days with me studying, playing, hanging out and talking drums! We'll be putting in some serious work in the morning with tons of great exercises focussed on hand & foot technique combined with some challenging endurance workouts that we'll work on together, as well as evaluating your groove and vocabulary playing. We'll break for lunch and visit one of LA's top restaurants before returning to the studio for the afternoon session. This will be where we work on your groove and time (and maybe a little soloing) and record/film you playing along to backing tracks and listening back for evaluation.
If you're committed to your drumming and want to take some SERIOUS leaps forward then try one of these intensive courses! If you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch!
